Nonclinical one-on-one support sessions offer a compassionate and empathetic environment for individuals navigating grief and loss. These sessions prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where participants can honour their unique experiences and share their stories.

Painting the Journey Program
Sometimes, words are not enough to express our feelings of loss. This painting program is half information presentation and half art expression exercise. We begin by focusing on the misconceptions of bereavement and the 5 Stages of Grief, which leads us into the art exercise where participants are guided through painting a grieving experience that they have had.
*no previous painting experience necessary.
The Grief Recovery Method
7 weeks private - $750
7 weeks group - $450
An evidence based action program for unlocking and respecting the emotional experience of your grief.
This process takes you step by step through exploring the events in your life that are causing you grief and teaches you new tools to help relieve the emotional pain you may be carrying.

Helping Seniors Through Loss
4 week workshop - $250
This workshop is a comprehensive group program designed to equip families with the tools and understanding needed to support seniors navigating grief and loss. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing and validating the unique ways in which older adults experience and express grief. Participants will learn strategies to foster open communication, encourage emotional expression, and provide consistent emotional support.
